Any updates with anti-theft bolts for quill systems and other parts these days?

I have been using Pitlocks on some of my bikes but prefer something more clean looking like the Atomic22 although I have heard nothing except bad things about their customer support and receiving the items. I know about the tricks but wondering if there are any recent company or places making them these days? I am trying to find a bolt for a quill system and recessed seat clamp for the most part. Any news?

The recess can be filled with RTV (silicone Seal). It makes stealing the part a little more inconvenient than maybe the next bike. And, with patience can be cleaned out. Not good for on the road adjustments.

Once cured, RTV can be picked out of an allen bolt head using just about anything in about 1 second.
