any critical riders here? they look cool

I don't own one, but have a friend who rides his mainly as a pub crawler/bar cruise bike. He likes it. It's light enough for hi-ten steel. Solid for pricepoint, but I don't think that quality and Critical cycles are synonymous.

How much do they run these days?

I think one could find something of better quality for just a little more if you look.

Where do they look cool? We had one in the shop yesterday and it looked cheap and the paint was bubbly in places. If you are choosing everything only based on color your best bet is to stay away. The only reason to own one is to let it get stolen because you cannot figure out how to properly lock up your bike.

To all the velo cheap-o's out there:
Yes yes, whine whine whine, elitist blah blah blah. I don't care crap bikes are crap bikes no matter what color or how many you have owned.
