Near where I used to live: San Diego Velodrome
Note: it seems wider, less oblong. Is it?

Hey Animal
this might be something cool for the next issue of FIXED

ANIMALFIXED 05-18-05 05:27 AM

I was thinking the same thing. I started a similair thread on fixedgeargallery.com and these velos look so cool from the sky.

problem is: high enough resolution image to print. Looks all good on the web but in print, yikes.

pitboss 05-18-05 06:20 AM

yeah - maybe get a PS wiz to fix 'em up - or are they really that bad? If so - collage them or use them as page footers with the page number in the center. Who knows - just some suggestions.
Cool thread though for sure.

did you check the images via terraserver too? They are B/W, but might be better.
