Need a new 1" threaded headset

So...the title says it all I am in the market for a new headset since my current one refuses to stop creaking. What would you guys buy these days? My top two picks are the Ultegra 6500 or the Campy Chorus. Both can be found these days for about 50 bucks.

I would love to find a mid priced threadless 1" stem as well... everything Im seeing is like $80+

where'd you see the campy's for $50?
