Help in buying new bike

New to fixie/singlespeed world and I'm rolling thru NYC.

Got a few options I'm looking at. Help me decide:
  1. Fuji Track 2016 (off Citygrounds) - $299
  2. Kilo TT - $399
  3. State Bicycle 4130 Core-Line - $449
  4. Tribe Bicycle CRMO series- $475

I've heard great things about the Kilo TT. Will the Fuji Track suffice and save $100? Or go a bit higher and look at the State/Tribe tier?

Thanks in advance.

I'd probably go for the Kilo TT. The Fuji would probably be decent enough though, and you could use the money saved for some good tires or whatever other extras you might need. State and Tribe aren't really a tier above, they're just more expensive.

Thanks for your reply! The triple butting on Tribe bikes/double butting on State is enticing. Though you're right, the extra money saved for Fuji (not shabby either, 4130 cromoly) can be used for replacement components.

Anyone else have thoughts?

Yeah I know. Since they're all 4130 cro-mo, any reason to spend extra $$ to get anything besides the Fuji Track?

Thanks for the help.
