May I ask, out of genuine curiosity, why you used sideways aero levers rather than cross levers? I've seen it on other bikes and wondered then, too.

Its almost like the setup is backwards and in reverse. Maybe the instructions were upside down??

With Blackburn Local Deluxe and Planet Bike Full Hybrid fenders: 27 lbs
With Delta Top Trunk & Rock Bros Panniers: 30 lbs
On a 20 mile loop, average speed is about the same as my Peugeot PX-10. This is a nice ride.
