custom cable lock?

custom cable lock?

yes I know there was a similar "chain lock" thread, but....

I've been thinking of get a custom aircraft cable lock.
One of my suppliers is rigging equipment and I was thinking 1/2" cable would be a major pain to cut and much lighter than chain.

Thoughts? and whats peoples favorite lock?

Thanks, Brad

Stocks can do a custom length cable lock, probably for no extra charge if its shorter than their standard cable lock. https://www.stocksmfg.on.ca/ I use one when I'm out and about, leaving my bike locked for longer periods of time. But, I prefer a U-lock for work, it's faster.

I use the "Cuff" it's by master lock and I like it because it's easy to use, small, and trusty.

Cable locks are a joke if you really care about your bike. Mini-Us are nice.
