Help identify this Bianchi ?

Hi,any info would be appreciated. I can't seem to find anything just but googling that's the same. Just moved to USA from Germany and used frames/bikes mostly available are very different. Thanks!

It just looks like a old Bianchi road bike conversion. What do you want to know about it, just the year and model name?

yes, exactly. was thinking mid-80s? I actually didn't know they made specific models in Japan.
