Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

  1. Shimano makes a freewheel but the White industries is suppoed to be the best . More clicks when coasting and something like a 3 degree engagement .
  2. Origin8 does pretty cheap cogs that seem alright, coupled with a dura ace lockring I havent had any problems. You could always spend more money if you want tho😃

You need to go buy one from Mr. Cog or Mr. Freewheel.

If you want quality White Industries if you want cheap, just about anything else.

I've used All City, Surly and Profile cogs and they're all about the same to me. You can buy them at Retro-Gression or JensonUSA.
