Fattest tires for a Schwinn World?

I'm converting a Schwinn World to single speed. What are the fattest tires it will accomodate? Also, planning to go 700 cc.

Is it a World Sport? Mine could fit 35mm tires with 700c wheels, but you should measure it for yourself.

I have a World Tourist, 1982. Not sure if it's the same frame. What year is yours? From what I can tell, Schwinn made more bike models than frame models. They would often use a particular frame in at least a couple bike models.

My 1982 WT has 32-630's on it right now, It looks like it could clear 35mm tires if I were to remove the fenders, but not much bigger, and I like my fenders. Doing my best to cram my calipers in there, it looks like clearance at the chainstays is about 42 mm.
