Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

seriously, you should come. The first time we played was pretty rad and then it was nothing but rain for weeks, now is so nice. Its also a lot of fun and no one is any good.

I will show. Polo on my fixie might be sketch, though.
Polo on cement sounds like it may hurt; maybe grass would have been better?

I'm really sad to miss this but Wednesday is my Bikes Not Bombs night and I won't be there next week, so...

If I happen to be going home around that time, maybe I'll swing by just to say, "yo."

concrete aint so bad.... and fixie is definitely the way to go cause you gotta do a 360 before resuming play if you put your foot down. Unfortunately I just had a brutal run that left me a bit too far to make the trip back downtown.
