Let's see that suffer from Pengy-itis.
Proper Engineering made a semi-replica of the pengy. I think we should dedicate this thread to bikes that remind us of the infamous Pengy.

So this isn't your bike? I am confused it seems like you are just here to post and comment on whacky bikes and not much else. It is fine to have fun once and a while but there is a lot of meaningful content to get involved in!
I will say to whomever made that front wheel, it is actually kinda cool. Goofy and not something to actually ride but well executed.

These are some of my older bikes that remind me of Pengy.
This was just last October because I was actually trying to make the ugliest fixed gear possible.
This was from a while ago. I was serious when building this thing. I am glad that my taste has changed.
