Like a wise buddy of mine once told me,

"There are three things that I don't *** with: Undomesticated animals, electric doors, and a fool who ain't got sh1t to loose, cuz all three ain't got no problem ***ing with you."

i can say the same thing about many places i have been in the good ol' usa....but i can also say that of places i've been in japan, korea & thailand as well...i always tend to keep it real and love it down and dirty...so i often find myself in these situations...

but something about being on a bike, even though i carry myself nothing like the lycra wrapped types, but the bike is kind of like a magnet and the better the bike the better your chances of it not going the right way..

The fun part about being on a bike is you can usually outrun bad people if you see them coming. One time I was riding down a sketchy street in rogers park (chicago) around midnight and some dudes tried to jump me. I saw them run into the street when they saw me coming so I started to turn around. One of them walked up to me and said "hey, man" like he was lost or something but when I started to ride away he started chasing me. I wasnt even on a nice bike.

Oakland was empty tonight. I think I only saw five or six people on the way from lake merrit back to mlk/30th.

Yeah...that's my gramma's house.
