Does anyone know the clearance of Diacompe keirin brakes?

Hey guys I知 trying to rebuild my Makino njs bike into a daily commuter. I want to change my tires to 28c clinchers but I知 not sure if they値l fit with the brakes. I can稚 seem to find reliable info on how the diacompe brakes affect tire clearance. If anyone knows anything about this stuff or has experience with this type of thing I would really appreciate you sharing it.

Keirin brake

I知 not sure of exact clearance - I have never used one but here is a video of a gentleman in Japan who has installed one which gives an idea of the reduction in space for the tire.

good luck.

Keirin bikes generally are designed around a 23c tire some bikes might fit a 25c but generally they are designed for narrow tires. However that being said likely the BRS-101 can fit some wider tires I believe it has a wider reach than most calipers. Make sure your frame can actually handle those brakes and don't already have brake mounting.
