Does anyone know an NYC fixed gear frame builder

So i want to build a fixed gear bike this week to take to Seattle with me, next week. I was going to get an IRO Mark V pro, but they are out of stock until september. Now I am looking at the surly steamroller, but does anyone have any suggestions of good frames in the $300 price range.. especially if they make em in new york. Id love to just go pick it up tomorrow.

Thanks.

roll by trackstar on 1st off 2nd ave and see what they have at the moment.

most ny LBS have some sort of basic fixies in stock, pistas, langsters, fujis mainly, but sometimes iro and khs too. know bike doctor in williamsburg (grand and berry) was selling iros at one point, might want to check with them.

why not just buy one out in seattle though? other then IRO (which actually has the frames made in Tiawan) the only NY build fixes I know are Johnny Coast's hand built frames, but they will cost way more then 300 and take waaaaay longer then a day to get...

bike works also has frames, but both bw and ts frames are super fancy vintage expensive, for the most part.
i would check recycle a bicycle, they sometimes have a good track frame

NYCBikes, though opinions of their sales and service flags somewhat. I also saw a dude rip apart one of their forks on a trainer (gold sprints at CMWC). Maybe it was a fluke or maybe they're really that cheap.

Kogswell has some pretty lugged frames for not much cash.
