Does anyone know for sure if the KMC S1/Z410 half link is re-useable?

Did you check the KMC web site? They're pretty descriptive on their products.

Not sure about KMC, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be reusable. I've had a Sedis half-link on the timing chain of my tandem for several decades.
