Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

i've met this guy a couple of times and he's a great kid. he was hit riding home one night and sustained 3rd degree head trauma. i realize that i'm probably the only kansas city guy on here, but i figured i'd throw this out here in hopes that some of you would have some spare change to throw his way. here's a link to a thread describing his current condition, followed by a link to a paypal account set up in his benefit. if any of you can help in any way, it'd be extremely appreciated.

updates on zeke's current condition

link to paypal account

thanks again for reading this, and make sure you wear your helmet.

one of my friends had an accident last summer. the resulting injuries were pretty similar I think, as was his condition while still hooked up to anything. its not much reassurance but my friend managed to pull out of it intact.
