Coaster brake/fixed gear conversion...

what are the steps necessary to convert a bike with a rear wheel coaster brake into
a fixed gear?

thanks

A coaster brake wheel. That's about it.

a hammer, three egg's, a box of matches, roofing tar, a moldable eraser, a comb, and a box of .223 ammo.

Heat the roofing tar up and pour it into the hub---instance fixed gear!

ImOnCrank 09-14-05 07:50 AM

forgot the duct tape

duct tape has been replaced with roofing tar.

O yea,be sure and rap the tire with duck tape for that cool look---but don't rap the handle bars with it are everyone will laugh at ya.(why does ridding a fixed gear bring out the worst in me?)Honestly,I wasn't like this till I built that fixy.
