is this a fair price?
 

I found a bay area bike shop selling the HKK chains in blue for $33 and the Izuimi gold/black chains for $60. Is this a good price on these?

the blue one is $20 in Japan, book a flight dude!

if you are willing to pay for it then its fair..if not, then its not fair from your perspective. However, objectivly the price is fair so long as someone in the market is willing to pay it.
