I need Cassette Spacers!

Does anyone know where to get some? im spacing out a 9 spee shimano XT, and i went to my local bike store and they wanted 5 bucks a pice, anywhere cheaper? also, whats the exact size i need to space my single speed? is it the 4mm?

I picked up the Spot spacer kit for $40 CDN. Is that too much? Yes, but my chainline is "spot" on. :|

You can rescue spacers from old trashed cassettes - 7/8/9 speed will all work, and road or mountain - as long as they're Shimano.

I usually buy some extra tools, like the funny chainring bolt spanner or a 18mm cone wrench, to round out shipping.
