Bar-end brake lever on pista bars?

Does anyone use a bar-end brake lever on a drop pista bar? I've got a bar-end brake on bullhorns now, and I'm thinking I could easily switch between this and a pista bar, just using the level backwards, but I don't recall seeing this before.

i've seen it, but rarely. leaves your braking position at the back of the drops though. i don't know about you but my hands are never at that position. i'm either forward in the drops, where the upcurve begins, or more often (on the street) on the tops. hence that's where my brake goes. seems to me that unless your riding position is quite unconventional you'd probably only have the last couple of fingers within reach of the lever

I have used this when riding to the track as it makes lever and caliper removal/replacement very easy, but I wouldn't use it every day like this.
