Quickbeam frame size

Are there any Quickbeam owners out there who can give me practical experience regarding
frame size. I have a PBH of 32" which puts me on a 56cm frame according to Rivendell'w site.
Is this ok in your experience?

I'm 6'3", 90cm PBH and riding a 64 Quickbeam. Has just over a handful of seatpost showing. I could get away with a 62, but not a 66. The right size feels nice.
