wheel building

Can I reuse a tubular rim when building a new wheel, or maybe the spokes too? If not what kind of spokes would you recommend (2mm, 1.8mm, 1.5mm...) and what lacing pattern?

yes u can reuse a tubular rim.

spokes no, not a good thing.

gauge is what you mean 16,15, 14 butts or double butt 15/16/15

3 across is good to go
