i'm not going to rhapsodize about the ride; suffice it to say it was very very good (and a friend saw me on the street and made me go drink wine with him. it was rough).

We have to find a way to get that beauty out to Hellyer. I know it is a bit of a trek for you guys up in SF..but I want to see that bike blasting the track.

Aside from Asthetic/Fetish purposes: what makes NJS more desirable for street use? I notice that Campy doesn't "do" NJS at all, and have read they have no desire to.

(campy did 'do' njs for a little while, tomity races on njs c-record hubs, i have one, and there was one on ebay a little while ago)
