I don't understand "Euro Asia Imports" and Made in the USA.

adamkell 11-30-05 04:32 PM

yea, I've always wondered about EAI and USA.... anyone?

hyperRevue 11-30-05 04:39 PM

Price?

shants 11-30-05 04:42 PM

they're a company in the united states that imports from europe and asia? they also have some products of their own. what's the confusion?

hyperRevue 11-30-05 05:16 PM

Euro-Asia Exports would be confusing as then the name would insinuate that the products originated in the Euro-Asia region.

Yeah, it's got little tiny bearings that are a total beast to service, and good luck finding replacement bearings on any kind of short notice.

Cool in theory, not so cool in practice.

poor choice of a company name, I suppose. Or they didn't have the foresight to imagine they'd some day manufacture their own... ?

was rather hoping for insight or company history, but snarkiness will have to do, I guess.

Well just read the Euro Asia catalogue, it has a description in there about these headsets and they sound amazing. There made by a bearing company I'm told from my co-workers.

Trust me, man. They're a nightmare to source bearings for. I ended up just ripping it out and putting a king in.
