IRO does indeed have amazing customer service.

I can only assume they are having tech issues.

By all accounts the guy is stand up, give him a few days and he'll take care of you. A recent family death and a move can slow a man down.

Something else that should be noted is that it is in fact the holiday season... so they may just be really ****ing behind.

I ordered my Mark V plus some other goodies last monday and it went out Friday. I had a question after I placed my order via the Web site, so I made a phone call. Both numbers went straight to voicemail so I just left a message and Carrie got back to me within a couple hours. So, if you didn't leave a message when you called, give that a try and see if they get back to you.

They do have great customer service. The thing is that its a really small operation and when Tony and his wife go on vacation the whole thing may be shut down for a week or so. I know it sux but be patient; its a great company.
