OT: What music is everyone listening to?

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Hell yes skanking.

If only it was master. The last three days have been a complete failure for me. For the first time in my life I listened to assmetal on purpose, for three days straight. Goddamn you dragonforce and iron maiden. Damn you to hell.

one of the best shows i've ever seen is about a year and a half ago when i saw the devil makes three play to a crowded, drunk, and very enthusiastic room at the alberta street pub here in portland. good, good stuff.

this isn't music i've listened to, but the other day someone was watching monty python's flying circus in the same room i was in...and since then, i've had the lumberjack song running through my head when i ride. a lot. even now, it's pounding through my brain "i'm a lumberjack and i'm okay, i sleep all night and i work all day"!

i'm pretty sure the p-thugs are broken up, their stuff is still awesome though. i just heard torche for the first time the other day, and it's one of my new favorite cds. i'll definitely check out ****storm.

that's what i thought of them at first too but they just put out a split on robotic empire with this band magrudergrind and their songs are pretty excellent. maybe they have some mp3's on the robotic empire site. they've really gotten a lot better since then.
