weird fgg issue

i don't have entourage installed onto my new comp, which is why i haven't emailed dennis with this. but…

i emailed fgg with pics of my bike, paypalled $$$ too, and my bike never showed up. so today i use the marque finder and mine appears to be the most recent bianchi, but with a partial number. still it's not there on the regular list.

anyone know what gives?

give it a few more days...it can take weeks to post and the new stuff shows up before it's linked to on the front page. Sounds like you're good.

Yes, things will show up in searches that aren't live on the site yet. Basically, that means your's is in the pipe and should show up very soon.

eddie, if you're html inclined, i've noticed that dennis puts the links to the upcoming bikes in the html, but they are commented out so they don't show up in your browser. he just uncomments a few bikes each day. they must be in the search database as well.

this must be yours (not sure why the number is not complete) ...

Code:
2,7 <img src="button3.gif"> <A href="2005/dec/EddieBrannan.htm" target=blank>Eddie Brannan's Bianchi</a>

do you have any close up shots of that? that's a pretty good idea if you can make it look smooth. hope you got the lightweight stuff and not 3-5 year or something. that stuff will NEVER come off.

it's not 100% smooth. i could have taken more time with it and got it to be, but i didn't. looks fine to me though. kinda tones down the excessive gorgeousness of that fork

and yeah it's lightweight

cool. i like that idea. i used to work in a sign shop and never though of that. you can use a light amount of soapy water under it and a squeegy to help get rid of bubbles

I really wish Dennis would not post my email with mine. I asked him several times to remove it, but he never did- Seems he automatically includes addresses -even when I requested not to have it posted in the first place. It is a goldmine for spambots.

Nice cut work on the Brooks & I like the way you left the silver poking out of the vinyl covering.
