absntr 12-16-05 04:20 PM

Beautiful images. What's the info with these hubs?

wangster 12-16-05 04:20 PM

thats some beefy looking hubs. who's it by?

Jamtastic 12-16-05 04:23 PM

keirin berlin.... i forgot their site

habitus 12-16-05 04:26 PM

mack track (hubs)?

vobopl 12-16-05 04:31 PM

Thanks. Look here

vobopl 12-16-05 04:35 PM

Shamals, including track ones were laced that way on non drive side. Since these hubs are beefier than Campy's and would transfer more torque to a non drive side I am going to lace them 2x on both sides. Anyways, it is good to know that the man stands behind his product despite stupid usage.

Cheers,
v.

The guy who makes them can be contacted at probushomo@o2.pl - It's OK I checked with him before publishing his email.

wangster 12-16-05 05:30 PM

when are you gonna build them up so you can see how they roll and take abuse? We need more info! but I changed my mind from the other thread. They look pretty nice in that industrial bomb-proof way.

icithecat 12-16-05 10:06 PM

Nice. They remind me of the Practika cameras ( I am an old camera guy ) that could be used to smash a Nikon into pulp and still take pictures.

jamey 12-17-05 09:06 AM

damn. those things look like the bully of the hub world.

OrangeJTM46 12-27-05 12:05 AM

vobopl, you get these things built up yet?

kennethalan 12-27-05 12:07 AM

I think they are on e-bay now.

vobopl 12-27-05 12:59 AM

I have laced 16-spoke one with Sapim bladed spokes to vento/shamal rim already. I am waiting for the cogs to ride them. The 32 hole everyday riding one is waiting for the suitable rim. I think I need something which is not tubular, for change.

Cheers,
v

Link please (PM)? The maker told me he would go eBay soon.

kennethalan 12-27-05 01:02 AM

It's in the ebay/craigslist thread. It was a few pages back. I need to go to bed.

vobopl 12-27-05 01:04 AM

Right, I found it doing "track hub" search. The auction is for high flange 32 spoke set.
