Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Is this bad?

I switched from a 14t to 15t in the rear. As you can tell from the pic it moved the rear wheel up in the dropout. I wasnt sure if i should add a link on the chain or just ride it the way it is?

Looks like you are pushing it. Does the nut fully engage the dropout? If it does you are OK. If it hangs off I would add a link or half link.

add a half-linke, try wiggling it, sometimes when it's that close to the edge you can actualy wiggle it side to side, that's always a sure sign something's wrong
