definitely not. you can tell the audio is dubbed and the video has been messed with. i think it's a commerical.

the odd thing is that silas creek parkway and stratford road are both major streets in my city, and are mentioned in the video. maybe it's for an LBS around here, but i haven't seen it on TV at all.
