Just want to get a picture, in terms of actual numbers, of how you guys set-up your riding positions. What I commonly see around SF is a fairly forward position, with a very steep stem-to-saddle height and a good portion of the body weight supported by the legs and arms.

If you will:

1.) Saddle height - Guimard formula? Heel-over-pedal?
2.) KOPS (knee-over-pedal-spindle) - Dead center? Front of? Behind? How many cm?
or
2a.) Where do you sit relative to the bottom bracket - cm behind/in front of the bb
3.) Stem height - cm below the top of your saddle.
4.) Bar width
5.) For clipless riders - ball of the foot in relation to the center of the pedal spindle

Thanks!

supporting my weight with my legs and arms is far more favorable than with my *edit* grundle (sp?)

Saddle height is around 74cm from the center of the BB (well thats what its set at on my road bike and they have different crank lengths so it maybe +- few cm)
KOPS is a few cm behind
Stem height 12cm drop
bar width 42
Cleat is on the pedal spindle

This is what i use hope u can follow my rambling:

For saddle height .883 x inseam no shoes, (to pubic bone).
I like KOP or possibly just a tad behind the pedal.
Level seat with handlebar about the same height.
Roughly if you hold your elbow at a 90 degree angle and touch it to the most forward part of your seat your handlebar should just almost touch your outstretched fingers, mine is a little past that. There are formulas but this is a quick ballpark for me.
Saddle for and aft and seat height are the things to get first then you get the right stem to make the arms work, the legs come first.
