i'm finished installing my new 75s that came in the mail today. as i get to the left pedal, i realize it doesn't seem to be threading correctly. i back it off slowly, and try again... weird. then i look at the threads in the crank - it doesn't appear that they bothered to finish chasing the threads. Back in the mail it goes, i guess.

as in all cases, things slip by QC sometimes, even if it is ordinarily really good. the guy at sugino in charge of checking threading was probably thinking about the tight vagina of the 14 year old prostitute that he saved enough money for after finally paying off his late wife's cancer treatment bills and funeral costs.

leave it to shants to give the proper explaination but he's right, about the slip. No one has a perfect quality control, this is the only time I've heard of that happening so FnB, guess you got the one bad apple in a million.

bikeworks rules... I wish I had an excuse to go let them work on my bike but nothing's wrong so I can't spend money there. They deserve my money and the next time I need work done I'm going to them.
it was hot seeing missmercian take a hammer to my bent wheels...
