Some ******* tried to snap my friend's mini-krypto using the top tube as leverage. BikeWorks in NYC got some of the dent out so I don't know if it was every as bad as your bike as I only recently saw it. You could always call them but the will probably just tell you to bring up the frame.

Chelsea Bikes (also in NYC) also replaced my bottom bracket shell lug after a crack developed months after getting hit by a minivan. It was kinda price ($300) but that included the price of the lug (almost $100), labor, making sure the frame was straight throughout, removing everything, and repacking my bottom bracket afterward, regular maintenance stuff, etc.

also open to other frames.
also looking for a 1 inch threaded or threadless fork, preferably with cyclocross style brakes, and a matching headset.

there's always bilenky - after all you are in philadelphia. I know some of the guys that work there, they're good dudes. https://www.bilenky.com/Repairs.html

$150 to replace top tube. that might just be for labor, but they have all sorts of tubesets at the shop, so they might not have to order anything.
