Want:

A pair of 700c blue Deep V's (non-machined 32h would be amazing, but whatever...)

Have:

Twice played black GameCube with Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes (like new)
Used Dreamcast with Shenmue and Jet Grind Radio
The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy box-set (the regular one)

Willing to trade everything for the Deep V's. I know it sounds stupid, but I'm trying and hoping for the best . PM if you want anything like a Nintendo DS (with Mario), a no-name keyboard, full face BMX helmet with Spy goggles, a straight blade Wushu sword, ect... as well. I will trade all of that together for a pair.

Sorry, this is totally irrelevant.

I wonder how hard it would be to ride a unicycle on rollers. Has anyone tried?

Ok, so I'm going geared with my crosscheck:

I'll be removing the wheel(s) and drivetrain, and swaping in deraileurs et.al. to convert this bike into a long-distance touring machine. To that end, I'm looking for reliable/beefier group as opposed to uber light. This has the potential to be a weird trade, but I'll put it out there and see what happens.

I Have
Raceface single speed crankset - 175
Salsa 40 tooth x 1/8" ring
Paul Word rear hub laced 32h to a black Mavic MA3 rim
and if you need it
front Surly hub laced to a silver Mavic MA3 rim

I'm Looking For
Mostly I'm looking for a MTB/Road midlevel drivetrain group with a tripple chainring up front. Maybe Tiagra or better or LX or better (as a ball park). I'd need:
Cranks/chainrings
front der
rear der
rear hub (or built wheel)
bar end shifters
or STI style shifter levers would be sweet, but I could upgrade that direction easily

There's ALOT of wiggle room here, and who knows what you've got, but if you were going to build up a single-speed CX/MTB/bomb-proof-roller, I've got your components (and maybe you've got mine). Let me know

Want:
- People to stop jacking all the goddamned Cinelli Pista bars on ebay. I've been had on six fricking auctions already. Leave em alone punks.
In other words, I'm still looking for Cinelli pista bars, steel or alu, any size but preferable 38/39

- Also looking for Major Taylor's in 42cm. Anyone know why the sizes are so wide on those all? 46 is just too wide for me
- Classic style wheels. 32 or 36 spoke with thin silver box section rims and some sort of campy hf hubs. Willing to trade (but only for these) 32spoke 3x front/back Miche Primatos on Silver Open Pros and some combos of stuff you want from the have pile.

Have:
- NIB (with original box) Campy NJS Seatpost. 25mm but I have a good website for shims for 25->27.0/27.2/26.8.
- Used but solid Thomson elite seatpost, 27.0x650mm. Silver
- 1985 T/A Specialties Pista cranks that appear to be 170s with the bb spindle still in the drive side. Can't be bothered to take it off. Comes with 52t chainring. Pretty damned good shape for 1985 besides the bb spindle thing.
- Almost new Sidi Dominators, size 44
- Similarly almost new crank bros candy pedals. black.
- 2 15t D/A 1/8th" track cogs.
- 42cm Cinelli nerve alloy ergo drops. Solid as hell for touring. Just did mad miles on em in italy.
- A sh*t ton of different saddles
- Wheels mfg chainwhip

I've held Major Taylor bars, the 42 width felt like a 38 or 39 to me. I think it's because of the way the drops are angled out, it skews the measurement. Width is measured at the drops, not on the tops. I have a set of 42 modolo anatomics on my road bike and it feels like I could have a picnic on them. The 42 Somas felt a little small to me.

The drops on those are flared so they are wider at the end than on the tops or in the curve. so 46cm at the ends = about 40-41 on the tops.

170mm Sugino 75 crankset - cosmetically not incredible, but otherwise great. Somewhat scuffed from strap rub, etc. Not for your show bicycle, but for your velo machine or street bicycle. 144 bcd. NJS.

Kind of beat Cinelli track drops, aluminum, 39cm I do believe. 26.4 clamp.

Dura Ace 8 speed rear d.

New 46t Sugino 75 144bcd chainring - 3/32

WANT: what do you got?

Red Tape

Each roll is enough for both sides and comes with two metal plugs. The weave seems finer than most of the cloth stuff I see.

I've got a few rolls of this stuff. I've got designs on a couple, but if anyone wants some I'd be up for interesting trades.
