So, My friend is looking to trade his Suzue promax loose ball/cxp33 wheelset (36 hole, 3 cross front/rear) for some better street worthy wheels. ideally he'd like phils or sealed promax. they'e not new, but they're pampered. used about 6 months, fair amount of miles...ridden in the rain once, and they got rebuilt that night. rims are true and spoke tension is where it should be.

road for track

you may have noticed my post about my busted frame. i have an older roadbike in really good condition that i'd be willing to trade for a 56cm square track frame. pic:

i'll email more if you like. this thing has only a very few scratches and otherwise the paint is beatiful. all suntour superbe components, including a stem that came with it that has a stripped bolt hole that i'll include as well. cranks are sugino 170mm. gipiemme pedals. nitto olympiade road bar. araya rims on superbe hubs. avocet touring saddle. might need new rubber and it needs new brake hoods as well. bike has never been crashed or abused. been in storage for about 10 years. bought it from an old, old man who had no use for it anymore. top tube is 58cm c-c and seat tube is 61 c-t. made by carleton cycles in vancouver, bc, canada and branded talbot. rides smooth as a baby's butt and is just in great condition. it's too big for me though and now i really need a new frame.

i want (as i mentioned above) a 56 cm square track frame. i don't particularly care who it's been built by, but i'm not super interested in steamrollers, the chrome bianchi's or pake's. i want something with tight geometry. i'd expect it to be in good condition, but scratches are acceptable. no dings or dents please .

pm me or email me at gdmfsof@shaw.ca

I have some white gear for those of you that are into that look.

1. Vintage Selle San Marco saddle in white with gold rails and highlights. It looks like it was never installed.
2. Shimano 105 aero levers with white hoods. They are still in the original packaging with the instructions.

They would look great on a bike together.

Want: What do you have?

PM if you are interested and want pics.
