that is the second one i've seen as well... making 3...
the one i know was originaly a dawes... is a really nice riding conversion... and is also owned by an lbs employee (at least a former lbs employee)

looking for:

1" threaded track fork. chrome would be nice, not a req. i'd also like 35 or fewer degrees of rake. must have enough steerer for a normal 56c frame.

Black Thomson Elite MTB stem (25.mm clamp, 1 1/8 steerer, 120mm long, 15 degrees, so flipped it's perfectly horizontal)

Looking for something shorter, doesn't have to be 15 degrees.
