Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? NEED:

Looking for a Truvativ Touro singlespeed drive-side crank arm or crankset.

This is the crankset commonly found on entry level bikes such as the Windsor Hour, Raleigh Rush Hour, Bianchi Pista, etc etc. Someone here has to have upgraded and has this crankset lying around. Thanks!

Have:
Old stem for 26.0 or 26.4 bars. I cannot be certian of which, but it clamped to my 26.0 bar just fine. I don't have a 26.4 bar to test, and no calipers to measure. Original bolts with only a tiny/ TINY amount of surface rust. All original washers there too. Not that light, but neat looking.

Old Sugino crank. Not sure of model. 170mm length, 110BCD, std english thread on the pedals. Stamped "Sugino Japan 3GC" on the back of the crank. (drive side only. No longer have the non-drive side for some reason). Meant for a single ring as the outside spider is beveled, and the bolt holes are recessed. Pristine shape. Installed but barely used. Comes w/ black plastic SR Japan crank bolt caps.
Comes with either a 40T or 50T Specialized non-ramped ring in like new shape (or both if you want them both). Comes w/ single ring chainring bolts too.

Want:
Integrated Headset like Cane Creek IS2
Old Style Dura-Ace Brake pads / Holders (late 80's, early 90's dura-ace)

I'd be interested in the cranks. I've got an unused CC integrated headset that I was going to use on my Giant Bowery frame. Not sure if it's the "IS2" version. I'll check later.

Yea. I guess I set it too high, but it is really low for a complete bike. There was a Gan Well that just went for like $660 for f/f, BB and HS only. I mean... that **** isn't even Italian! Just joking .

Thank ya .

Edit: I also have these -

They are complete NOS Mavic OR10 tubular rims laced to Gipiemme Special Pista hubs w/ DT spokes and nipples. Handbuilt by my good friend and 25 year mechanic specializing in wheel building. They have never ever been ridden, mounted or anything of the sort. PM me for details!

Doskel - I would say the only reason for the hard time is the issue with the BB being a problem. I had to low ball my frame I sold because of the fork steerer threads being stripped so take that into consideration.

alright time to clean out the bin in hopes of finding some parts for other projects...

HAVE
-32 spoke Campy Omega 19 (i think, the sticker is coming off) rim radially laced to a shimano 600 (old ultegra) hub. anodized black, worn from running a brake. comes with a WTB skewer and fancy velox cloth rim tape. bearings could use repacking, but in good shape

-Vittoria Pro-team Open all-weather 700x22c tires, black and green with gumwall... still got some good life left
-Forte Kevlar 700x20c tires, black and yellow with gumwall. lots of miles left

-Shimano 600 pedals w/o toe cages (used)
-Christophe blue straps (never used!)

-1" 90mm black Mutant stem *claimed*

-Selle Royal Viper saddle with sweet snakeskin print. ridden maybe 150 miles *claimed*

-Basic Wellgo SPD pedals

-Profile Design Stoker 26 bullhorns wrapped in red/black harlequin (cloth harlequin over regular cork underneath for padding)

-MC Hammer "Hammer Time" backpack (you know you want this) can hold a 6-pack or your favorite trapper-keeper

NEED
-1" cross fork for a 57-58cm frame (prefer threaded, but threadless is an option)
-decent canti brake calipers
-nice 26.8 seatpost *gettin*
-nice 1" 100-110mm quill stem with open faceplate. prefer a slight negative rise
-crank bros pedals of pretty much any style (not quatros or smarties)
-whatcha got?

PM me!
