Man it sounds like you've got it spot on. The typical "industry standard" for tolerance is about 1 to 2 mm for lateral and radial true, as well as the dish, (unless you have a dial indicator on your truing stand), so it sounds good. As for the tension, it's a really good idea to use the tensiometer but I wouldn't sweat it, just ride the thing. So often you hear of guys "plucking" the spokes to get the right tension. That's fine after you understand what the right tension sounds like. Wheel building is as much science and math as it is art... yes, there's a pretty lengthy formula that you use. Like I said, I wouldn't worry about on this wheel, it's not going to blow up. Just take it easy, see what happens, and re-true as necessary... good luck!

U did everthing ok so far my concern....

Worse case scenario ull have all the spokes loose after the 1st 50 ft of riding hehehe... The other thing is that although the rim it should be straight sometimes they dont.. so u have to consider that fact too when truing...
