IRO Jamie Roy vs Windsor "Hour"

I saw some Windsor Hours on Ebay for cheap, and brand new. I am curious since I am a fan of the IRO's which is a better bike? I amlooking to use it as a training, and just random riding bike, not track. This will be my first fixed gear, what do you guys suggest?

IRO.
Anything from IRO over ebay stuff.
Seriously, this shouldn't be a debate.
