help with e-framebank...
so i stupidly have had a good friend living in japan for the last three years, and just today started talking to her about having her get something for me from e-framebank... 20 days before she moves back to the US... anyway. where on e-framebank does it list the measurements?
also, are there any other good sources for keirin bikes that she might be able to check out for me? |
click on the frame and then all the measurements show up on the right side, above the photos of the bike. right???
|
you are having it translated right? if not, google e-framebank.com and click on translate this page.

go to a translator program. go through that to framebank, hit the button marked list. bikes broken down by seat tube measurements in millimeters are in the square at the top left, click the one you want (i clicked 520). you'll see a list of frames running down below it. click the blue button with japanese characters in it to go to individual bikes. measurements and angles are above the image, with an accompanying diagram to explain

wow, that was a lot better than my explanation.
|
haha awesome. thanks. eddie - what prog did you go through?
i've figured out enough to determine seat and top tube in japanese i'm gonna get myself in trouble with the ladyfriend |
google or altavista
|
google is eazy.
|
does anyone know how to install language packs for windows XP so japanese doesn't show up as weird unicode?
|

holy ****!!! There's a 58.5 cm nagasawa in great condition on there for 411$...how much are tickets to japan going for?
|
r-dub. i want that nagasawa sooooo bad! but yeah, doesn't fit me at all.
|
$735 on AA SJC-NRT direct!!!!
What is the TT measurement on that frame? :D You could pick up a couple extra and pay for the flight, and your frame after eBaying them!!! |
TT 57...perfect track size for me. If anyone gets it for me I'll be their bestest friend forever. Actually quite a few bikes in the 58-60 range...I guess they don't sell very fast in Japan to an all-Japanese market... *trying to hold back from buying plane tickets*
|
If you have her going to buy a frame, make sure she has a pretty good story because not only do they not sell their frames for overseas anymore but they dont seem they would be to kind if they found out it was leaving the country right away.
"We are sorry we stop accepting the order from foreign customers The for the time being. country, also resale and representation purchase to the foreign country modesty." or at least I think that is what that says Ben |
yeah, that's what I took that sentence to mean, too. I'm wondering how they'd feel about someone moving to japan for a few months and wanting a bike to race around on...
