Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Have you talked to Blake or Gavin/Paul or Tom M.? I think they would be interested in the music AND because of the Fixed-gear slant. You should all just pregame together somewhere and ride over to Hamilton St. together!

here's the most recent pic i have of me. the hairs a bit longer now, but i'll be "singing" for REDS so come say hello.

oh, and this pic was taken right after i shaved off my beard... i'm not in the habit of taking pics of myself in the mirror!

oh, and our bass player is dreamy and rides a Cinelli Olympic

evan, that's an even more tempting reason to go than the greasetrucks!

and i live in the same dorm as blake, i'll ask him. if i talk to paul, gavin or tom, i'll mention it as well. we all live within a few blocks of hamilton st. so the commute won't kill them.

I'll definately stop by for a bit. Our friends birthday is friday night though, so we'll have to head out about 9 or 10 to go party with him, but if the shows start at 6 there aint no reason I won't be there.... except that I'll probably forget....

Ok just wondering. I did a show one time at some house on Hamilton street in the basement and the guy that booked it said it was called the Clinic.

evan, this was a great show. thanks for spotting me awkwardly standing in the corner!

and so everyone knows, evan didn't lie, he did in fact take me to the grease trucks and buy me falafel after the show with everyone. Thanks!!

in all, awesome night, good time, evan, hopefully i'll see you again soon.
