Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I was recently looking for the same thing.

The Salsa Shaft is pretty cool.
otherwise I think you are lookin for either used or a deal on e-bay for a Thomson a Shimano D/A (sometimes that guy who seems to have ton of 'em has a 'buyitnow' for under $50) or what I got which is a used USE Alien.

I have a black one, brand new that I cannot use. I can get more info on it if you'd like, as well as a pic. Under $20, if I recall correctly.
