The scanned map is impossible to read, and the directions are a little hard for my feeble brain to visualize, so here's the gmaps pedometer version:

Sure hope I got all that right....

"There will be a practice run of Stage 5 on Thursday, February 23. I'll be at Cal's Bar (Wells and Van Buren) and we'll head out around 6:30 pm. I will have a few tour t-shirts for sale."
Oh yeah, if noboby objects I'm going to throw a link to that amazing satellite route map on the home page.

Ok, we did the practice run last nite and i've got to say this is by far
my favorite route thus far.. lots of turns, smooth pavement, and those
challenging "hills". Everyone should come out for stage 5.
And bring an extra $10 bucks for the official TDC TSHIRT modeled
here with my new World Champ crochet gloves:
With a design described as "Neo-Equestrian-Futurism" These suckers are flying out of mike's
bag faster than PBRs over the counter of Cal's liquor.

I was driving in the car this morning, and thinking to myself: "I wonder if Joe bought a shirt last night, and if he did, I wonder if he'll take a picture and post it." Honestly, I swear.
It really is an awesome route.
