The frame is okay, but the aluminum fork that comes on the Langster is brutal. I put a cheap CF fork on it and it makes the bike rideable.

personally i prefered the iro, but i ended up with the specalized in hopes of getting a good deal on a road bike later down the line at the same shop. Never ridden the iro so not much to compare it to, but i like it, it feels fast and rolls smooth considering road conditions. Although i would point out, if i wanted a steel bike, i could just get some 80s steel bike for around 100 bucks and do a conversion, and save a little in the process.
