Golf Course Alleycat???
Just sitting around bored and got to thinking about how sweet it would be to do an alleycat on a golfcourse. You could get everyone to dress up like crappy senior PGA golfers and ride a race on the cart paths. Extra points would of course be given for avoiding the ire of crazy bill murray-esque gun toting groundskeepers, and you could have certain checkpoints where people had to putt, or drive golf balls with the glow in the dark balls. Could do a final showdown with a grass track lap race or something...
Am I crazy/ bored at work, or does this actually sound like fun?
Three hours until I can get home to ride my new MarkV

I was thinking about that before while riding the golf course that surrounds my neighborhood on my mountain bike.

You'd have to do it at night as golf course management tends to get really nervous when non-golfers get near the greens. They spend $$$$ keeping that **** perfect.

I've thought that would be badass too. much more for the fun it would be bombing down narrow, twisty cart paths and some sprints across par 5 fairways than for the golf related checkpoints.
of course, anyone caught by the cops woud go from zero to arrested in 0.65 seconds. And I've found that people who live on golf courses are a little trigger happy with the 911 when they see people who aren't rich on their perfectly manicured grass.

i've always wanted to shred them too, but i'm not about to get caught and any place that has a golf course is going to have more cops than needed anyway and chase you quite a ways.

End the night with a skid contest on the greens. My friends and I find it rather amuzing to crumple that supple sod like a persian carpet.

i live on a golf course in houston. It would be fun to ride on cart paths but greens cost millions for some courses to maintain. Kind of sad when something pretty like that gets destroyed....

Yeah, those suckers are quick with the 911, those search lights are pretty easy to avoid though, cause cops ain't wanting to trudge through all 18 holes.

Don't forget to buy tons of spray paint and tag everything in sight. Maybe overturn all the carts and set the clubhouse on fire.

I'm glad gold courses exist. Where else can you have a nice big open space, clearcut of trees, dumped with millions of gallons of fresh, clean, treated water, covered with pesticides, insecticides and fertilizers just to mess with all the delicate aquatic ecosystems and THEN they ban all people who aren't members from going in. And people spend all day whacking a ball around and lock the doors of their cars when they drive by homeless people.
Idiots.

im glad the people who are so interested and disgusted by golf course practices only ride in areas that are natural habitats. Its ****ed up to think they might ride on concrete that once used to be where natural untouched earth was. I suppose they only use naturally processed tires and the like.
idiots.
idiots.
