This gearing is perfect for the hills of SF....... 44/18 and yeah you spin a bit on the flats BUT ...it's a City ! and you never REALLY get to mash... It's all stoplights, pedestrians, pigeons, and potholes.. |

So, in general is everyone saying that these ****ing cogs rock ****ing hard and could be considered the ultra jam. I am huge fan of selling things, should I not sell this cog? Should I ride something I did not pay for? These are all questions that need to be answered. And because of these forums I have lost ability to control my life, please help me, I have become a zombie controlled by the innerweb.

1/8 16s are done, 3/32 16s are not.
Freewheel, Business, and Harris either do or will in the next couple days have them. Brent |
Oh, and both 17s are now done.

I have a Phil, it's 15t. got it at Montano Velo, I don't know if they come any smaller though.
By the way, Phil Wood Co gave us a couple to give away as prizes in the Oakand Scrape. one's a 1/8" 17t and the other is 3/32" 18t. they're totally shiny and chrome looking, and no one is going to look at your cog. |
Anyone riding the new Surly cog, the one with the drill outs?
