I think DW posted it a few months ago right after it happened, there was a longish discussion about it as well, but it's still hair raising to see.

i'm pretty sure i've seen this before, but i've never been able to get it to load all the way. For that matter I don't think I've ever had a video if a keirin race or any velodrome event load and play properly on my computer :(
Understandably, I was stoked to see some hot keirin action in this movie Kikujiro I rented last night, even if it was just a few brief glimpses, there was no mpeggyness or hangups, great movie by the way
