Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

so i finally went to see a doctor about my elbow, which i smashed into a sidewalk three weeks ago.

good news: my shoulder, which had been dislocated twice, is now strong enough for me to ride again.

bad news: my elbow is fractured, and i may under no circumstances ride. if i had gone to a doctor when it had happened, they would have put it in a splint and i would have been on my way to being better by now. as it is, i just have to hope it heels up right, otherwise, i'm bound for the operating table.

f(_)ck.

i figure i need a new hobby, so i bought a harmonica

Sorry to hear about your injuries man. Did you fracture that during Monster Track? Hope everything heals up ok. And don't give up your bike hobby. I have broken ten bones - eight on a bike. Come to think of it, maybe I should give up my bike hobby.
