Phil testimonial...nothing new
two days ago I was reinstalling my rear wheel and cranked the left nut too tight on my rear Phil hub...I was cranking down like a mufuker and I stripped it with the allen/hex tool... luckily I had been tightening it, and can still ride.
I emailed them to find out through what dealer I could buy a replacement. Brent emailed me back asking me for my address instead. I wish my iBook was backed up with such great customer service as my hub. Phil and co. stand by their shiet. At this point, I don't see why I would ever buy another hub. then again, this is nothing new to many here...just venting my appreciation |
I love my hubs, they took damn near forever to get (long story, no need to get into it here), but they're beautiful things, and are such a nice step up from my old wheels.

that's nice. when I needed replacement bolts for Pauls I was told it would be easiest to find them locally and when that proved impossible i ended up paying $20 for two. expensive bolts!
